Once in your shopping basket, as in the baskets of chefs, these fine products go off into the kitchen and, after a brief spell in the oven, they can be found on your plate at the restaurant and especially in the restaurants belonging to the Association des Tables Roannaises. Founded in 2009, this Association aims to promote dining in the Roanne area. About 25 member chefs, all cooking enthusiasts, are delighted to share with you their secrets with frequent demonstrations of which the association is a partner.
Other restaurant owners involved are the 7 Maîtres Restaurateurs Roannais: this label is the guarantee of food made on the premises with a majority of fresh produce and qualified staff both in the dining room and the kitchen.
